
Politicians allege plans to rig tomorrow’s elections

Senior politicians from the Mt Kenya region are alleging plans are afoot to rig tomorrow’s elections in favour of friendly parties to the establishment.
The politicians who are candidates for various elective positions have since urged the voters to be extra vigilant and counter any such undemocratic practice .
Led by the Kiambu gubernatorial candidate Moses Kuria ,the politicians claimed they have received intelligence report on how the deep state had hatched a plot to rig out all UDA candidates for the various elective positions .
The leaders alleged the Interior CS Fred Matiangi and his PD Karanja Kibicho had met in Nakuru where the plot was hatched and planned .
“We even know one gubernatorial candidate from Kirinyaga who is pro- system was in attendance and assured the rigging would be in the contender’s favour ,”Kuria the Chama cha Kazi candidate claimed.

Others present were the Mbeere South UDA Parliamentary candidate and outgoing MP Geoffrey Kingangi , Gichugu MP Gicihimu Githinji , Senator Isaac Mwaura and the host Governor Anne Waiguru .
At hastily convened press conference held at the Maya hotel, Sagana town this afternoon, the leaders asked the IEBC to ensure it delivered a credible , peaceful and verifiable elections.
The leaders who landed at the venue aboard a chopper said Kirinyaga ,Embu and other parts of mt Kenya were the targets of the said rigging .
Kuria who is also the outgoing Gatundu South MP told the Azimio brigade that their bringing Narc-kenya boss Martha Karua on board and consequent elevation to Raila’s presidential running mate was inconsequential.
“Karua did not add any value to the Azimio as you all know where her heart was during the abortive BBI colour and to prove my case wait and see how many votes she will garner for the party at her own polling station let alone her home county, come tomorrow ,”Kuria said.
Waiguru and Gichimu asked the locals to turn out in large numbers and vote for the UDA candidates which is the people’s party of choice.
“Kenyans decided long time ago that the UDA will form the next government and nothing had changed so far despite the many political machinations the deep state had put in place,”she said.
The UDA boss William Ruto enjoys fanatical support and following in the county hence the many party candidates in the area .
